Reporting Safety Concerns

Employees are strongly encouraged to report any safety concerns to the office, but also to Joint Commission if the employee feels it is needed. The Joint Commission is a service we use to stay accredited and compliant. The Joint Commission is very focused on the processes that are within their standards on how they deal with safety issues. The Joint Commission does not focus on the evaluation of the care of an individual, instead on how to change our practices and procedures for a safe environment overall.
